About the role

  • Candidate Partnerships Coordinator facilitating student recruitment events for QS's higher education services. Matching prospective students with suitable universities while ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Review a high volume of Resumes/CVs and profiles of candidates who have registered for our international events, assessing their suitability against specifications for a range of international universities.
  • Provide specialist MBA and Masters consulting services to candidates, including advice on programs, specialization opportunities, rankings, and entry requirements.
  • Use LinkedIn to run background and suitability checks, supplementing existing information if necessary.
  • Contact candidates via email campaigns and phone calls to understand their MBA and Masters requirements.
  • Draft candidate shortlists according to the entry criteria of each school.
  • Follow up with candidates and encourage them to book interviews with Business Schools, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Act as a client relationship manager for an assigned number of international business schools and MBA programs, maintaining constant contact, customer service, and relationship building.
  • Advise and assist business schools, clients, and other stakeholders with the Connect selections process and system.
  • Obtain and update candidate selection criteria from business schools to develop in-depth program knowledge.
  • Attend Connect events globally, as required.
  • Process a high volume of registrations within a time-sensitive environment.
  • Offer ideas and suggestions on ways to innovate and improve the Connect product from both back and front-end processes.
  • Any other duties that come from your manager and fall under the scope of your department.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with higher education sector (Desired)
