About the role

  • Head of Partnerships optimizing and scaling the partner ecosystem for SoSafe's cybersecurity solutions. Leading a European team to drive predictable revenue growth through strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Enable: You will lead, mentor, and empower a European team of Partner Managers, fostering "Channel Excellence" and the continuous development of their sales and account management skills.
  • Ecosystem Optimization: You have a sharp eye for ROI, prioritizing initiatives that move the needle on ARR and retention while phasing out low-impact activities to keep the team focused on what truly drives the business. You will ensure that framework agreements, tiering models, and incentives are perfectly aligned with our growth targets.
  • Strategic Alliances: Together with your team, you will drive the acquisition and onboarding of top-tier strategic partners (GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, and specialized security consultancies).
  • Executive Relationships: You will support your team in building and maintaining trusted, resilient C-level relationships with our partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and effective co-marketing campaigns.
  • Scale-up Mindset: You will actively develop our partnership playbooks and best practices - you aren’t afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to improve processes operationally.
  • Lead by Example: You will personally manage selected high-value strategic partnerships to lead by example and accelerate expansion into new markets.

Requirements

  • Channel & SaaS Sales: At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Partnerships within the SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on complex security solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: You have at least 2 years of management experience and are passionate about coaching an international team to peak performance.
  • Builder Mentality: You love optimizing structures and taking processes from "good" to "excellent" - you are proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Growth Mindset: You are a persistent problem-solver who stays committed to long-term goals, demonstrating the agility to pivot strategies when a fresh perspective is needed.
  • Analytical & Structured: You have mastered pipeline management and forecasting in a partner context and make data-driven decisions.
  • Tech Pioneer Mindset: You enjoy building for scale, looking for ways to leverage modern tools and automation to amplify the team's impact and streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Linguistic Fluency: You communicate with full professional proficiency in German (native level) and English.
