About the role
- Junior IT Support Engineer providing on-site support for business technology systems in Greece. Involves involvement in IT infrastructure implementation and 1st level support.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support with critical response time requirements for business technology systems
- Participate in the implementation and support of Company IT infrastructure
- Install and configure, applications, Azure Services
- Perform maintenance and system upgrades
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Analyze technical issues and provide 1st level support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of hands-on IT engineering experience
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge on Configuration and Monitoring software of infrastructure
- Knowledge on O365 solutions
- Root Cause analysis and resolution
- Microsoft Certifications will be considered an asset.
