Responsibilities
Provide onsite support with critical response time requirements for business technology systems
Participate in the implementation and support of Company IT infrastructure
Install and configure, applications, Azure Services
Perform maintenance and system upgrades
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Analyze technical issues and provide 1st level support
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
0-2 years of hands-on IT engineering experience
University degree in Computer Science or a related field
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge on Configuration and Monitoring software of infrastructure
Knowledge on O365 solutions
Root Cause analysis and resolution
Microsoft Certifications will be considered an asset.
