About the role

  • Junior IT Support Engineer providing on-site support for business technology systems in Greece. Involves involvement in IT infrastructure implementation and 1st level support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support with critical response time requirements for business technology systems
  • Participate in the implementation and support of Company IT infrastructure
  • Install and configure, applications, Azure Services
  • Perform maintenance and system upgrades
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Analyze technical issues and provide 1st level support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of hands-on IT engineering experience
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge on Configuration and Monitoring software of infrastructure
  • Knowledge on O365 solutions
  • Root Cause analysis and resolution
  • Microsoft Certifications will be considered an asset.
