Responsibilities
Provide support to clients, resolving technical, operational, and commercial inquiries
Manage support tickets and follow up until resolution
Escalate complex issues to the corresponding team when necessary
Document every client interaction in our management tools
Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
Collaborate with other departments (commercial, finance, technology) to seek continuous process improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles (minimum 1-2 years).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Advanced English level.
