About the role

  • Client Support Analyst providing operational support for advertisers on Meta platform. Handling technical inquiries, managing support tickets, and collaborating with departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients, resolving technical, operational, and commercial inquiries
  • Manage support tickets and follow up until resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to the corresponding team when necessary
  • Document every client interaction in our management tools
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
  • Collaborate with other departments (commercial, finance, technology) to seek continuous process improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads
