Responsibilities
Reduce the administrative workload of the sales team by managing high volume tasks.
Ensure smooth operational support across renewals, licensing, financial administration, and quote management.
Allow the sales team to focus on high value client interactions.
Enable the sales team to focus on strategic client engagement by ensuring operational efficiency and timely execution of administrative tasks.
Requirements
Monitor and manage automated checks and queries for bronze-tier accounts to ensure timely renewals.
Handle daily adhoc license requests submitted via Zendesk, ensuring accurate and prompt fulfillment.
Manage simple third-party renewals, including CloudM, Chrome, Meet, BetterCloud and GAP.
Address invoice queries related to bronze renewals.
Create purchase orders for third party services using standard sheet templates.
Generate small adhoc and hardware quotes by liaising with vendors and procuring alongside customers as needed.
Experience using Salesforce or another CSM.
A highly motivated attitude to targets.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactive approach to completing assigned tasks. Must also be comfortable working to deadlines.
Healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem solving skills.
Happy to go the extra mile for business and customer needs.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, Google and external clients.
Proven experience in sales, sales support, operations coordination, or customer service roles.
Strong mathematical or spreadsheet skills. Ability to navigate a spreadsheet template and make adjustments to formulas is essential.
