About the role

  • Sales representative focusing on B2B cold calling and lead management for QMH Consulting, specializing in quality management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone outreach to potential B2B customers (cold calling)
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our consultants
  • Maintain and document customer data in the CRM system (HubSpot & Vertec)
  • Support follow-up on proposals
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Consulting to optimize outreach

Requirements

  • Professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development (B2B environment)
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, automation tools)
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment in customer outreach
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken.
