- **Responsibilities**
- Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
- Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve breaks related to missing trades.
- Close collaboration with various departments including Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance to resolve operational and data quality issues in a timely manner.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
- Analyse transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvement.
- Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within trading or exchange environments.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent Banking/ Crypto industry experience will be considered.
- Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle.
- Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem.
- Experience with multi-asset products (crypto, FX, equities, derivatives).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies independently.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Coding skills such as python for data analysis, automation and data validation are advantageous.
