Responsibilities
You support operational HR management, specifically preparing employment contracts, employment references/certificates, and time recording.
You act as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
You handle administrative tasks, such as managing certificates and official documentation.
You prepare the payroll cycle, including managing benefits such as company bike leasing (JobRad), employee benefit cards, and occupational pension schemes.
You address regulatory topics, for example updating procedural instructions.
You actively contribute to the implementation of a time tracking system.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an HR clerk (Personalkaufmann/-frau) (IHK) or a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration with a focus on HR (or HR controlling).
Relevant professional experience in administrative HR work in a large or medium-sized company with interfaces to controlling.
Knowledge of labor law, payroll tax law, and social security law.
Confident user of SAP (especially SAP HCM) and strong system affinity.
Conscientious, independent working style and strong communication skills.
Very good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel (PivotTables).
Business-fluent German (C2) — spoken and written.
