Responsibilities
Working in our Workforce Transformation team of curious problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, and collaborating across the PwC network to deliver innovative solutions
Leading and defining Oracle HCM solution design as part of wider HR transformation programmes
Managing multiple project workstreams such as functional design, data migration, and integration to deliver high-quality outcomes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
Driving business development activities, including proposal creation and thought leadership in Digital HCM
Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, supporting their career development and contributing to a positive team culture
Inspiring and motivating diverse teams, keeping PwC a fun and inclusive place to work
Requirements
full lifecycle experience of at least five large Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including at least one in a functional, technical lead, or solution architect role
best practices across business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and implementation design within large-scale transformation programmes
articulate clearly how Oracle Cloud HCM enables business transformation and supports benefits realisation
awareness of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, EPM, SCM, Analytics, and Integration
experience in business development and pre-sales, client stakeholder management, solution blueprinting and presentation, programme delivery planning and roadmapping, integration and data migration
