About the role
- Manager for Financial Due Diligence projects in M&A processes with a focus on Buy & Sell side. Develop and implement transaction strategies while fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute and lead Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of company acquisitions and disposals (buy-side and sell-side)
- Lead Vendor Assistance projects, model business plans and support project management by acting as an interface between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
- Responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through ongoing communication and advisory services
Requirements
- University degree in business/economics (Bachelor/Master), preferably with a finance specialization
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
- Solid knowledge of the transaction environment, including balance sheet analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent proficiency with common analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel)
- Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in teams
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and English
