About the role

  • IT Service & Infrastructure Manager at CONYU overseeing IT service operations and enhancements in a small team. Engaging in incident management, infrastructure support, and customer satisfaction activities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and further development of services within our Private Cloud
  • Handling and coordination of incidents in an ITIL-based ITSM
  • Planning, implementing and documenting changes
  • Responsibility for support and service matters
  • Preparation and execution of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Administration and support of customer applications
  • Regular application of Windows updates (servers and clients)
  • Management of Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, user and device management, Exchange, Teams)
  • Active involvement in data center tasks (e.g., server installation, reconfigurations, inspections)
  • On-site work in the data center and occasional customer visits
  • Installation and setup of PC workstations
  • Creation and maintenance of user objects and NTFS permissions
  • Administration of Active Directory and Entra ID objects
  • Administration of backups, file servers and print services
  • Reviewing service delivery for quality and contractual compliance
  • Initiating corrective actions and escalations as required
  • Initiating, supporting and implementing projects
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements
  • Assisting with customer audits in the area of IT service management
  • Participation in IT emergency drills
  • Close collaboration within the team and with external partners

Requirements

  • Completed IT-related vocational training, degree or equivalent practical experience (e.g., IT specialist, system administration, IT service)
  • Experience in IT service and/or infrastructure environments
  • Understanding of ITIL-based service processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server & clients and Microsoft 365
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware and/or Proxmox) is a plus
  • Experience working with ITSM systems and documented operational processes
  • Structured, responsible approach to work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Willingness to take responsibility and proactively drive initiatives
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, ISO) is an advantage — key qualities are diligence, reliability and quality awareness
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written, and basic English skills (for documentation, support communication and technical materials)
