Conducting the selection process (phone interviews, video interviews, in-person interviews)
Building and maintaining a talent pool
Planning and executing employer branding activities such as career fairs
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business/economics (e.g., Business Administration with an HR focus), Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing within STEM fields
Experience using HR tools (e.g., Workday)
Professional communication skills, an independent work style, and a service-oriented mindset
At least business-fluent German and English skills
