About the role

- Managing the entire recruiting process — from needs analysis to contract preparation
- Acting as the point of contact for involved stakeholders (Hiring Managers), including briefing the department

- Screening application documents and discussing candidates with the department while adhering to KPIs
- Active Sourcing on appropriate platforms (LinkedIn, XING)
- Conducting the selection process (phone interviews, video interviews, in-person interviews)
- Building and maintaining a talent pool
- Planning and executing employer branding activities such as career fairs
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business/economics (e.g., Business Administration with an HR focus), Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing within STEM fields
- Experience using HR tools (e.g., Workday)
- Professional communication skills, an independent work style, and a service-oriented mindset
- At least business-fluent German and English skills
