Responsibilities

  • Lead major workforce initiatives on HR Strategy & Implementation team
  • Guide cross-functional teams and help leaders stay aligned and informed
  • Collaborate with HR partners to design solutions and track progress
  • Mentor and develop training programs for stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional experience with HR, program or project management
  • Demonstrated experience with independent decision making and complex facilitation
  • Experience in agile project management and change management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related
  • PMP or ACP Certification upon hire
  • PHR, SHRM – CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification upon hire
