Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s)
  • Partner with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues
  • Translate business strategies into HR solutions
  • Consult with customer groups on operational strategies
  • Lead programs and initiatives to improve business performance
  • Coach leaders to enhance their people-leadership capabilities

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • Senior Human Resource Professional upon hire
