About the role

  • Social Media Manager for ProvenExpert creating content and managing social media channels. Collaborating with marketing, product, and communication teams in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • You own our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & others) — from strategy to execution.
  • You develop creative content formats that capture attention, build trust and strengthen community engagement.
  • You derive topics from current trends and incorporate ProvenExpert’s purpose into every post.
  • You plan, test and analyze content performance to continuously optimize our communications.
  • You work closely with marketing, product and communications teams — acting as a source of ideas and as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in marketing, communications, media or comparable professional experience.
  • You think strategically, work hands-on, and understand how to position B2B content effectively.
  • You have experience in social media management, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • You are creative, analytical, and enjoy telling stories that drive results.
  • Excellent German and English skills are a given.
