Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of call center experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Knowledge and experience within the automotive or insurance industry preferred
Previous exposure to auto/RV warranties preferred
Strong understanding of all contracts administered by Portfolio
Reliable and punctual
Detail oriented, accurate, and highly organized
Excellent understanding of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
