About the role

  • Customer Services Representative supporting customer inquiries for PIVOTAL and THE OUT brands. Handling billing and administrative tasks with high attention to detail in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolving queries quickly and considerately
  • Monitoring payments and chasing overdue customer invoices
  • Supporting departmental tasks such as invoice updates and processing third-party charges
  • Keeping clear and accurate records

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
  • A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Someone proactive, organised, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling payment conversations and resolving issues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a benefit, but not essential)
