Responsibilities
Contact person – You represent ProSolution across all areas: you advise clients, provide suggestions, gather requirements, and independently prepare proposals for our customers
New business development – You focus on account sales and are driven to achieve continuous growth
Client relationship management – You build and maintain customer relationships, keep personal contact with your clients, and serve as the face of ProSolution
Vision – You enjoy your work and collaborating in a team, contribute your own ideas to the further development of our products, and continuously seek solutions for our customers
Networking – You attend relevant events to represent ProSolution, make new contacts, and expand our existing network
Requirements
You have experience in sales of software solutions and/or experience in the personnel services (staffing) sector
You enjoy gaining new experience and demonstrate strong willingness and ability to learn
You inspire others with your personality and our solutions, have a positive presence, and possess excellent communication skills
You show strong initiative, think commercially and customer-oriented, work solution-focused, and act as a reliable partner for our customers
You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B) and are willing to travel
