About the role

  • Customer Service Officer providing exceptional service to pharmacy partners at Sigma Healthcare. Collaborating across teams to ensure timely and professional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our pharmacy partners
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely, accurate and professional support
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system (Genesys)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing & IT to ensure seamless customer outcomes
  • Handle customer enquiries with a focus on one‑call resolution
  • Escalate issues appropriately in line with company policy
  • Demonstrate flexibility across all rostered shifts within our Contact Centre, which operates between 8:00am and 9:00pm

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service - ideally contact centre, however if you have a passion for retail or pharmacy, we’d love to hear from you too!
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems, telephony and contact centre technologies
