Responsibilities
Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategy to business priorities
Provide both strategic direction and hands-on delivery across a broad range of people initiatives
Lead organisational design and workforce planning

Coach and challenge senior leaders

Requirements
Proven experience in a senior People Partnering / HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, global environment
Track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering business outcomes through people strategy
Strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading complex change initiatives
Commercially minded, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions
Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to coach and challenge at senior level
Data-literate, using insight to drive decisions and action
Strong working knowledge of UK, US, and Canadian employment law, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions
