About the role

  • Chief of Staff driving strategy and operations for Prima's UK expansion. Leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting the UK Country Manager in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key advisor and operational lead for the UK Country Manager
  • Drive execution of the business plan
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Elevate the quality of analysis, reporting, decision-making, and communication
  • Turn business complexity into clear, actionable insights
  • Ensure priorities move forward with pace and accountability

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, strategic PMO, corporate strategy, business planning, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or another quantitative field
  • Strong quantitative reasoning
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to structure problems and validate hypotheses with data
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
  • English (professional fluency to work with international stakeholders)
