About the role
- Chief of Staff supporting the CEO at HomeVision, an AI-powered software startup transforming the mortgage industry. Focusing on strategic operations, communications, and fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate content for and attend executive team meetings, track progress, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.
- Draft internal communications and presentations, distilling complex information into clear, concise formats.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and investor communications. Lead fundraising material preparation and data room.
- Partner with the CEO to translate the company model and positioning into a cohesive and compelling fundraising narrative.
- Evaluate potential partnerships and revenue share agreements with an eye on overall value delivered to customers.
- Use AI tools to streamline & automate G&A workflows, to support strategic coordination among the exec team.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Prior fundraising, M&A, or partnerships experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA from top program a plus, but not required.
- Highly fluent with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research, analysis, writing, and automation.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise formats.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High agency and judgment—you know when to escalate and when to solve problems independently.
