About the role

  • Sales Manager at Prianto GmbH in Munich responsible for channel sales and client acquisition strategies. Engage with partners, enhance sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of new customer opportunities and acquisition of new channel partners
  • Sales-focused consultation and placement of modern software solutions with system integrators, specialist resellers, and MSPs/hosting providers
  • Responsibility for revenue development and pipeline management
  • Development and implementation of concrete measures to increase revenue, partner activation, and market presence
  • Analysis of market and customer needs to develop appropriate sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as targeted measures to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Planning, coordinating and following up on manufacturer campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Experience in selling software or IT solutions is an advantage, ideally in an enterprise or channel environment
  • Good knowledge of the distribution business and an understanding of the IT channel
  • Ideally basic familiarity with open-source products or the Apple ecosystem
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills – by phone, in writing and in person
  • Independent, structured working style with a strong target- and result-orientation
  • Enjoyment of customer acquisition and long-term relationship management
  • Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, and proficient use of MS Office
  • Moderate willingness to travel within the DACH region and an interest in innovative IT solutions
