About the role

  • Telesales role for prenode converting leads into appointments with industry decision-makers. Engaging with customers and developing sales strategies for IoT and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Initial outbound calls to industry decision-makers — you convert leads into appointments
  • Coordinate with technical sales experts
  • Develop and optimize outreach strategies and CRM processes
  • Attend trade shows and events to build new contacts
  • Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities to drive improvements

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and enjoyment of phone-based outreach
  • Experience in B2B tele-sales or comparable high-quality outbound contact work
  • German at native level, very good English
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to explain technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) in a clear and accessible way
  • Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, and automation (nice-to-haves)
  • Affinity for technology, IoT, and digitalization
  • Some experience with trade shows and events (nice-to-haves)
