Responsibilities
Initial outbound calls to industry decision-makers — you convert leads into appointments
Coordinate with technical sales experts
Develop and optimize outreach strategies and CRM processes
Attend trade shows and events to build new contacts
Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities to drive improvements
Requirements
Passion for sales and enjoyment of phone-based outreach
Experience in B2B tele-sales or comparable high-quality outbound contact work
German at native level, very good English
Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to explain technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) in a clear and accessible way
Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, and automation (nice-to-haves)
Affinity for technology, IoT, and digitalization
Some experience with trade shows and events (nice-to-haves)
