About the role

  • Inside sales professional at PracticeTek, contributing to the growth of healthcare software solutions. Engaging clients and fostering exceptional patient experiences with targeted sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound phone calls to prospects in an assigned territory
  • Effectively utilize sales tools such as Ring Central, Salesforce, and Outreach
  • Communicate exceptionally: Overcome objections, build rapport, qualify prospects, and effectively communicate the value of our software and all its offerings to potential clients
  • Be collaborative and coachable: Participate in weekly sales training and special purpose meetings, sharing best practices and knowledge about the professions we serve
  • Contact warm prospect base in the assigned territory via telephone and email
  • Work with customers and prospects and move them to purchase integrated Payments
  • Learn about all our services offering and the value-add that they bring to the clinic
  • Work closely with the client and internal departments to ensure smooth transition and onboarding

Requirements

  • sales experience in software or a related industry preferred (not required)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective prospecting and qualification ability
  • Time management skills and ability to operate in a time-sensitive sales environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Salesforce/CRM experience preferred (not required)
