About the role

  • New Business Senior Manager driving PPRO's fintech growth across the Americas. Shaping sales strategies and empowering teams for success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act with a very strong sense of urgency to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to your Sao Paulo-based report.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment across North and South America.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Sales Engineering team to onboard new clients.
  • Make connections with key influencers and decision-makers to drive opportunities.

Requirements

  • Urgency, Accountability & Ownership: A very strong sense of urgency is an absolute requirement for this role.
  • Experience & Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of payments experience in Sales and/or Business Development roles.
  • Exceptional Coaching & Mentoring Skills: A genuine passion for developing people, providing clear, solution-focused feedback.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the FinTech payments space across the Americas.
  • Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Strong commercial, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong Communicator & Influencer: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thrived in international environments.
