About the role

  • Global Talent Acquisition Leader overseeing PPG’s talent attraction strategies, enhancing compliance and adopting technologies. Leading geographically diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting, Internal Jobs Hub, PPG Careers, and CRM platforms
  • Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and solutions to streamline workflows
  • Lead the development and scaling of talent attraction channels
  • Design and harmonize global university and affinity recruiting strategies
  • Manage operational risks and compliance issues
  • Promote knowledge management and communication strategies
  • Manage a geographically dispersed TA team
  • Partner with senior leaders across SBUs, HR, Finance, and Talent
  • Interpret labor market data, recruitment metrics, and financial reports
  • Address complex global challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing diverse, globally distributed teams
  • Experience leading complex, multi-regional talent acquisition programs and operations with measurable growth
  • Expertise in talent acquisition technologies (Workday Recruiting, Career sites, CRM platforms, job distribution platforms) and operational governance
  • Strategic, analytical, and project management skills
