Responsibilities
Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting, Internal Jobs Hub, PPG Careers, and CRM platforms
Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and solutions to streamline workflows
Lead the development and scaling of talent attraction channels
Design and harmonize global university and affinity recruiting strategies
Manage operational risks and compliance issues
Promote knowledge management and communication strategies
Manage a geographically dispersed TA team
Partner with senior leaders across SBUs, HR, Finance, and Talent
Interpret labor market data, recruitment metrics, and financial reports
Address complex global challenges
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields
5+ years in leadership roles managing diverse, globally distributed teams
Experience leading complex, multi-regional talent acquisition programs and operations with measurable growth
Expertise in talent acquisition technologies (Workday Recruiting, Career sites, CRM platforms, job distribution platforms) and operational governance
Strategic, analytical, and project management skills
