About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting, Internal Jobs Hub, PPG Careers, and CRM platforms
- Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and solutions to streamline workflows
- Lead the development and scaling of talent attraction channels
- Design and harmonize global university and affinity recruiting strategies
- Manage operational risks and compliance issues
- Promote knowledge management and communication strategies
- Manage a geographically dispersed TA team
- Partner with senior leaders across SBUs, HR, Finance, and Talent
- Interpret labor market data, recruitment metrics, and financial reports
- Address complex global challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing diverse, globally distributed teams
- Experience leading complex, multi-regional talent acquisition programs and operations with measurable growth
- Expertise in talent acquisition technologies (Workday Recruiting, Career sites, CRM platforms, job distribution platforms) and operational governance
- Strategic, analytical, and project management skills
