Requirements

6-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing and digital strategies, preferably within the coatings or infrastructure industries.
Proven track record of successful campaign development and management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in key segments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
Ability to travel globally.
