About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for public and private bids at Kisio Services & Consulting. Focusing on marketing strategy and improving practices in a sustainable mobility context.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the publication of tender notices and contract award announcements
  • Qualify bid dossiers in coordination with internal teams (managers, subject-matter experts, sales)
  • Lead responses to tenders/RFPs: manage the process, mobilize contributors, define the schedule, and track deadlines
  • Draft the technical and administrative sections of proposals
  • Contribute to defining target pricing with the sales and finance teams
  • Contribute to the development of Kisio’s marketing expertise (tools, methods, market intelligence...)
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and sales materials
  • Participate in internal commercial activities (training, dissemination of key information, lessons learned)
  • Take part in cross-functional discussions on the evolution of Kisio’s service offering (market studies, definition of new services, commercial action plans...)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in responding to tenders/RFPs in a multi-client environment
  • Proficient with IT tools, notably PowerPoint, Excel and generative AI tools
  • Attentive, curious, challenge-driven, a team player with strong interpersonal skills
