Responsibilities
Requesting and managing contracts and payments
Developing and managing drafts of promotional materials
Promotional materials creation and development process: liaising with the agency, managing material codes, monitoring Promoflow, and validating with the manager
Monitoring the creation of briefs for campaigns and promotional activities
Monitoring technical validations/approvals of materials
Managing receipt and intake of materials
Liaising with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Supporting the organization of events and travel
Liaising with cross-functional teams for approvals and alignment related to brand activities
Assisting product managers with various tasks related to brand plans
Requirements
High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of operating systems
