About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media strategies.
  • Maximize digital investment efficiency, increase brand consideration and traffic.
  • Ensure campaign execution in collaboration with agencies and partners.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through analysis of key metrics.
  • Manage digital investment budgets and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Lead data integration and reporting efforts, leveraging analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media execution.
  • Experience working with media agencies or large advertisers.
  • Solid knowledge of performance and brand media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, DV360, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic.
  • Experience in omnichannel and e-commerce strategies.
  • Experience with GA4, Data Studio, Power BI.
