About the role

  • Customer Operations Support at PostFinance, ensuring effective processing of client orders and regulatory compliance. Collaborative role improving processes for a digital finance leader.

Responsibilities

  • You work closely with the front office and are responsible for the accurate processing of customer instructions in the areas of accounts, technical channels, payments, and the Cash Management Tool
  • You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GwG, compliance, FATCA, etc.)
  • You manage a broad range of tasks with a high degree of autonomy and ensure orders are completed on time
  • With your systemic thinking you recognise connections and help us continuously improve processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Independent, precise, and reliable working style
  • Strong technical interest and affinity: you enjoy working with digital tools, technical channels, and systems
  • A team-oriented, committed personality who takes responsibility and enjoys collaborating with others
  • Excellent written and spoken German and French; additional languages such as Italian or English are a plus
