Responsibilities
You work closely with the front office and are responsible for the accurate processing of customer instructions in the areas of accounts, technical channels, payments, and the Cash Management Tool
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GwG, compliance, FATCA, etc.)
You manage a broad range of tasks with a high degree of autonomy and ensure orders are completed on time

Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Strong technical interest and affinity: you enjoy working with digital tools, technical channels, and systems
A team-oriented, committed personality who takes responsibility and enjoys collaborating with others
Excellent written and spoken German and French; additional languages such as Italian or English are a plus
