- Operations or project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Metasys
- Experience with scope development for plan and spec projects
- Proficiency effectively managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances
