Responsibilities
Work in the Sales Administration area, performing activities related to the sales process, planning forecasts and monitoring their fulfillment, ensuring delivery of goods and financial return to the company, and serving customers within agreed deadlines and conditions.
Participate in planning and developing sales projects and plans, gathering information for decision-making, negotiating deadlines and terms with customers, and monitoring company production to ensure an improved customer service flow.
Carry out tasks related to the operational management of sales administration and contribute to the development and execution of actions within the deadlines, scope, quantity, and quality agreed with the client.
Monitor and enable adherence to the billing plan outlined in the portfolio;
Support the sales process, including receiving orders, updating the customer portfolio, requesting customer registrations, controlling stock levels, and assisting production planning to ensure billing projections are met;
Support the delivery process, ensuring agreed delivery times, monitoring delivery indicators, and seeking freight solutions with the transportation team.
Monitor compliance with the forecast.
Negotiate deadlines and service terms with customers, aiming for optimal service flow and efficiency in meeting plans.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business, or related fields.
Experience with SAP is desirable.
Intermediate Excel skills.
