About the role

  • Assistant(e) Administration des Ventes managing sales and administrative tasks for client relationship management. Supporting order processing and billing at Locafontaine in France.

Responsibilities

  • Customer inquiry management: Processing and tracking requests (products, services, quotations)
  • Quotation preparation: Creating quotes in compliance with pricing and technical conditions
  • Order management: Receiving, tracking and following up on customer purchase orders
  • Customer administration: Creating and updating customer records in the ERP
  • Procurement: Placing and monitoring supplier orders
  • Coordination with after-sales service (SAV): Transmitting information for the follow-up of interventions
  • Pre-invoicing and invoicing: Managing delivery notes, preparing and sending invoices
  • Payment tracking: Verifying payments and issuing reminders when necessary
  • Management of institutional platforms: Uploading invoices and handling potential rejections
