About the role

  • Marketing Analyst focusing on data-driven performance campaigns at Positivo Tecnologia. Working on online media strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize online media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and Programmatic Media, with a focus on performance, acquisition and conversion.
  • Operate and analyze data, automation and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, RD Station and Pipedrive, supporting strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Monitor marketing and sales-funnel KPIs (traffic, leads, MQL, SQL, conversion and ROI), preparing reports and actionable insights.
  • Plan and manage content platforms, including blogs, WordPress and social media, ensuring alignment with performance strategies.
  • Use, operate and help evolve AI agents and AI-based tools applied to data analysis, insight generation, process automation and campaign optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, content and commercial teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, campaigns and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication, Business Administration (with emphasis in Marketing, Business or Data) or related fields.
  • Preferred certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience planning, operating and optimizing online media (Meta Ads, Google Ads and Programmatic Media).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM, especially RD Station and Pipedrive.
  • Knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel, performance and conversion metrics (leads, MQL, SQL, ROI).
  • Experience with A/B testing, continuous optimization and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, blogging and content management.
  • Knowledge of social media management and analysis.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and agents applied to marketing, data or media.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, ClickUp).
