About the role

  • HR Development Specialist at Portobello Shop planning and executing behavioral development programs. Facilitating training and reinforcing company culture for effective leadership and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and monitor behavioral and leadership development programs aligned with business needs;
  • Conduct development diagnostics (strategic and tactical) and propose solutions that generate real impact on team performance;
  • Design development paths and journeys (in-person, online and hybrid);
  • Track participant progress, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements;
  • Act as a partner to leaders in the development of their teams, offering tools, content and facilitation for conversations;
  • Facilitate trainings, workshops and alignment sessions in a light, clear and practice-oriented way;
  • Create and keep educational materials, content and documentation for development initiatives up to date;
  • Serve as a guardian of the company’s culture and values, ensuring tools and rituals for their application in day-to-day work;
  • Connect culture, strategy and business through rituals, practices, behavioral frameworks and engagement initiatives;
  • Support and strengthen actions such as onboarding new employees, management rituals, culture campaigns and climate initiatives;
  • Co-create actions that reinforce belonging, collaboration, psychological safety and shared responsibility;
  • Translate topics such as competencies, culture and agreed ways of working into messages that are applicable to daily operations and leadership routines;
  • Support the facilitation of the Evaluation and Development Cycle, ensuring understanding, clarity and smooth execution for leaders and employees;
  • Contribute to career, succession and performance management initiatives by organizing materials, facilitating conversations and monitoring indicators;
  • Monitor internal surveys (climate, eNPS, pulse), analyze data and suggest action plans;
  • Support structural projects in the People & Culture area, ensuring consistency between processes, culture and business needs;
  • Create clear, didactic and human-centered content for development programs;
  • Ensure that communications related to learning and culture are accessible, practical and adapted to operational realities;
  • Coordinate with the Internal Communications and Learning teams to align schedules, messages and campaigns;
  • Track development, learning, demographic and culture indicators (participation, evaluation, impact, satisfaction, eNPS, etc.);
  • Propose continuous improvements to programs, methodologies and learning practices;
  • Research trends, tools and market best practices in People & Organization Development (DHO), leadership and culture;
  • Support monitoring of organizational maturity in development and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication or related fields;
  • Previous experience in human development and organizational culture initiatives;
  • Ability to facilitate trainings, workshops and conversations (both in-person and online);
  • Experience with culture, climate, onboarding, management rituals or employee experience programs;
  • Capacity to organize information in a clear, objective way and connected to the business;
  • Skill in conducting sensitive conversations with empathy and active listening;
