Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
  • Own smaller to mid-sized opportunities: Run discovery calls, conduct demos, and move deals forward with confidence.
  • Support larger strategic accounts : Partner with senior AEs on complex deals to learn expansion strategy and organizational mapping.
  • Stay organized and proactive : Manage your pipeline consistently and drive momentum in every conversation.
  • Develop your commercial skillset : Learn how to navigate decision-makers, build ROI narratives, and structure pilot conversations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role
  • You’re ready to move beyond booking meetings and start owning outcomes.
  • You’re confident and comfortable leading conversations.
  • You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow.
  • You want exposure to strategy , not just scripts.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can learn quickly and take on more responsibility.
