Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure platform stability and performance through effective testing, debugging, and optimization
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring best practices are applied
Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services
Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools: Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs
