About the role

  • ServiceNow Developer creating and implementing solutions on ServiceNow for the Schwarz Group. Contributing to digital transformation within the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure platform stability and performance through effective testing, debugging, and optimization
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring best practices are applied

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools: Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs
