About the role

  • Create layouts for clients' digital communication materials that align with their strategies and brand positioning;
  • Ability to produce videos;
  • Create email marketing campaigns;
  • Develop identities and strategies for digital campaigns, as well as banners, social media posts, and event materials;
  • Facilitate communication between requesting departments and the Creative team;
  • Familiarity with and eagerness to work with AI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communication and art direction;
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop – advanced, Illustrator – advanced, After Effects – intermediate, Premiere Pro – intermediate);
  • Strong reading comprehension and writing skills;
  • Communicative and proactive;
  • Willingness to grow and work with AI;
  • Experience creating GIFs/animations in both Photoshop and After Effects;
  • Knowledge of Figma is desirable.
