Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Development (CorpDev), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Investments, Transaction Services, or Transactions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience conveying complex data to senior leadership.
