About the role

  • Partner Marketing Manager leading partner focused marketing strategy for travel companies. Collaborating across departments to drive revenue growth and product penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of airline and hotel loyalty partners within the Americas region, serving as their strategic marketing lead and trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans that align with partner goals, drive business growth, and showcase the full value of Points’ product suite.
  • Present marketing strategies, performance results, and insights to senior stakeholders—both internally and within partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage advanced data segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities to inform your strategies and optimize results.
  • Work closely with our Creative and Media teams to craft compelling messaging and campaigns that exceed performance expectations.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to innovate, expand partner engagement, and test data-led marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Be a thought leader and champion of growth, bringing fresh ideas, bold thinking, and a collaborative mindset to the team.
  • Identifying, creating, testing and implementing opportunities to increase engagement and drive KPIs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for designing processes that scale
  • Familiarity with reporting on performance dashboards and developing key insights
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • A self-starter approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives
