About the role

  • Revenue Operations Analyst in charge of forecasting and analytics for North America Commercial and SMB. Designing and deploying dashboards with Tableau and Salesforce to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Run and improve the forecasting cadence for the North America Commercial and SMB business
  • Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Leverage existing datasets and dashboards to perform ad-hoc data analysis
  • Recommend business process improvement through data analysis and testing
  • Present findings and analysis to department leadership
  • Support the annual planning process with input across territory, segmentation and coverage design

Requirements

  • 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong Salesforce and Tableau skills
  • Proficient using SQL to query large data sets
