About the role

  • Senior FX Sales Manager leading full sales cycles for Pliant's FX product. Driving client acquisition and building relationships across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition globally and build a high-quality sales pipeline across key markets.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets through strategic sales execution and market penetration.
  • Act as a pioneer and market scout for Pliant’s FX offering - test the product-market-fit, gather customer insights, and feed learnings back to product and leadership.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, finance leaders, and strategic partners in global markets.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent Pliant at global events, webinars, and strategic industry forums to elevate brand presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling FX products, ideally FX and international payments, Fintech SaaS, or cross-border solutions
  • Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in a global context
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus
  • Comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment - self-starter, willing to experiment, learn fast, and adapt
  • Nice to Have: Experience in FX pricing, risk management or corporate treasury relationships. Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies
