Responsibilities
Build senior relationships with key partners within the Asset Owner and Consultant ecosystem.
Identify client requirements and position FTSE Russell as a strategic partner to achieve investment goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including equity, fixed income, ESG, and custom indexes.
Developing client centric solutions to maximise penetration of products across a variety of asset classes and customer segments.
Collaborate with regional teams to share insights, align strategies, and support cross-regional opportunities.
Establish customer feedback loop, assuring a two-way dialogue for new product generation and thought leadership.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
Knowledge of the Asset Owner space across Asia ex Japan, existing relationships preferable.
Significant experience of Indexes and product solutions.
Understanding of the investment management process and trends in the investment industry.
Superior communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Motivated and able to thrive in a targeted sales environment.
