Responsibilities
Telephone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm outreach)
Conduct initial calls and qualify leads
Prepare, send and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
Close collaboration with the team to support prospects as effectively as possible
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in telephone sales/telemarketing or comparable customer communication
Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
Excellent written and spoken German
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
High self‑initiative, quick comprehension and enjoyment in independently learning new topics
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also effective in a remote environment
