First contact and needs assessment: You are the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from potential customers (leads) via phone, email, and live chat.
Lead qualification: You analyze and prioritize incoming inquiries to ensure potential customers are a good fit for our product and ready for the next step in the sales process.
Consultation and presentation: You conduct one-on-one consultations and online demos to clearly demonstrate the value of PlentyONE to prospects.
Support through to closing: You guide leads through the entire decision-making process, answer open questions, and actively support them until contract signing.
Regular follow-ups: You maintain contact with prospects, identify purchasing obstacles, and build trust through targeted follow-up actions.
Collaboration with marketing and product development: You provide structured feedback to the marketing team to improve communication strategies for future leads. You also work closely with product development to relay common customer requirements and possible product improvements.
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce and initial professional experience in SaaS sales
Passion for sales and enjoyment in working with customers
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor
