About the role

  • Inbound Sales Representative focusing on customer inquiries and lead qualification for PlentyONE's E-Commerce solutions. Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing in a hybrid working setting.

Responsibilities

  • First contact and needs analysis: You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from potential customers (leads) via phone, email and live chat.
  • Lead qualification: You will analyze and prioritize incoming inquiries to ensure potential customers are a good fit for our product and ready for the next step in the sales process.
  • Consultation and presentation: You will conduct tailored consultations and online demos to clearly demonstrate the value of PlentyONE to prospects.
  • Support through to closing: You will guide leads through the entire decision-making process, answer open questions and actively support them until contract signing.
  • Regular follow-ups: You will maintain contact with prospects, identify purchase barriers and build trust through targeted follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration with marketing and product development: You will provide structured feedback to the marketing team to help improve the communication strategy for future leads.

Requirements

  • Experience in e‑commerce and initial professional experience in SaaS sales
  • Passion for sales and enjoyment in customer interactions
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor
  • Team-player mentality and enthusiasm for celebrating successes together
