Responsibilities
Ensuring product availability across all relevant channels
Planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting targets for each distributor
Monitoring distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI)
Managing distribution setup and leading secondary sales force deployment
Implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility programs
Ensuring distributor compliance with company-defined roles, processes and responsibilities
Ensuring accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms
Training and developing the secondary sales force
Conducting performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD
Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management
Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships
Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution
Good command over communication, analytics and problem-solving
Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments
