Responsibilities
Own commercial analytics for the Teams product, including funnel performance, monetization metrics, and revenue outcomes.
Define and maintain Teams pricing, packaging, and conversion KPIs, ensuring consistency and executive-ready reporting.
Diagnose conversion drop-offs and growth drivers across the B2B funnel, translating insights into clear recommendations.
Partner with Product and GTM stakeholders to evaluate pricing experiments, onboarding changes, and sales motions.
Build scalable dashboards and analytical frameworks to support recurring business reviews and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a technical field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in monetization, subscription.
Experience designing or optimizing subscription models or paid feature strategies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, revenue metrics, and feature adoption.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement system-level product changes.
3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, growth analytics, revenue operations analytics, or related roles in B2B SaaS / tech.
Strong proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools, with strong analytical modeling skills (cohort, funnel, segmentation).
Experience supporting pricing, packaging, monetization, or subscription revenue performance analytics.
Strong business judgment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and produce executive-ready insights.
